Directions
- Put the chocolate in a large bowl.
- In a small sauce pan, over medium-high heat, bring the cream and the 2 tablespoons of Caf-Lib to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate.
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture in a fondue pot and enjoy with your favourite dippers.
